The book, The Evidence, is a powerful blend of historical fiction, research, and spiritual reflection that asks life’s most enduring questions: Who are we? Why are we here? What is our purpose?
Through the eyes of Domenic Paisano, an orphan in search of meaning, he explores the pursuit of absolute truth in an age clouded by relativism. As Domenic and his family uncover hidden connections between historical figures such as Charles Darwin, Clarence Darrow, Joseph Goebbels, and others, they find themselves entangled in a battle far larger than themselves. What begins as a quest for understanding quickly reveals dark forces, political manipulations, and cultural shifts that have shaped Western civilization.

About The Author
DAVE SERENA: CHALLENGING MINDS THROUGH WORDS.
I am Dave Serena, an English major, historical researcher, decorated U.S. Army veteran, and an author with a lifelong passion for uncovering truth. Since retiring from my professional career, I now devote my time to service as a chaplain and spiritual care volunteer. Whether supporting hospital patients, encouraging the homeless, or mentoring young people, my guiding mission has always been clear: to search for meaning and inspire others to think critically about life’s biggest questions.
For the past two decades, my intellectual journey has focused on one theme, the pursuit of absolute truth in an age often clouded by relativism. My book, The Evidence, is the culmination of years of research, reflection, and faith-driven inquiry. Blending historical fact, suspense, and thought-provoking narrative, it challenges readers to look deeper into history, culture, and belief. I live with my wife Laurie in a village outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are the proud parents of two grown children and grandparents to two grandsons. When I’m not writing or serving others, I enjoy time with family, the golf course, and continuing my pursuit of life’s greatest truths.
